Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including vendor identification, evaluation, and selection.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and lead times with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning to prevent stockouts.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, purchase orders, and vendor performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or materials planning.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is considered a significant advantage.
