Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including raising Purchase Orders (POs), sourcing, and tracking deliveries.
- Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract agreements to achieve cost savings.
- Maintain and update purchasing records, vendor databases, and pricing lists in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and inventory alignment.
- Resolve delivery, quality, or invoicing discrepancies with suppliers in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular market research to identify potential new suppliers and alternative sourcing solutions.
- Assist in standardizing procurement procedures and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing, preferably within the Manufacturing, Transport, or Logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and as a collaborative team player.
