Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze spending patterns and develop comprehensive spend analysis reports to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and public sector requirements
- Create and maintain procurement dashboards for enhanced visibility and decision-making
- Conduct regular procurement audits to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Manage supplier relationships, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and contract negotiations
- Operate and maintain procurement systems to ensure smooth and efficient processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Stay updated on procurement best practices and regulatory changes affecting the public sector
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, with preference for public sector experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with procurement systems and spend analysis tools
- Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification is advantageous
