This role is designed to provide you with comprehensive, hands-on experience in the end-to-end procurement process. Working closely with our experienced team, you will gain exposure to vendor management, strategic sourcing, and inventory logistics, all while operating in a supportive and collaborative professional environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the procurement team in the daily sourcing and purchasing activities.
- Support the coordination with local and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Perform market research to identify potential new vendors and compare pricing structures.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders (PO) and maintaining accurate procurement documentation.
- Support inventory tracking and data entry tasks within our management systems.
- Help resolve basic discrepancies in invoices or delivery discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements for manufacturing projects.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine willingness to learn and grow within the logistics industry.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
