Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the procurement team in sourcing new suppliers and evaluating their capabilities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and industry trends.
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate prices and delivery terms.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Support inventory management and stock control processes.
- Prepare weekly reports and presentations for the procurement manager.
- Assist in organizing and categorizing supplier documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Enthusiastic about learning the end-to-end procurement process.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
