Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase order creation and approval workflows.
- Manage the filing and archiving of all purchasing documents to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate records of inventory, expenses, and supplier data.
- Conduct basic market research to identify new suppliers and compare product pricing.
- Communicate with vendors to follow up on delivery schedules and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare weekly or monthly procurement reports summarizing key activities and expenditures.
- Support the administrative team with general office tasks and data entry.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented approach to work with a focus on accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English (both verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of procurement concepts or supply chain terminology is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
