Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies that align with company goals and budget requirements.
- Source, vet, and manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable lead times.
- Oversee the full procurement cycle, from purchase requisition to delivery and payment reconciliation.
- Negotiate master service agreements, supply contracts, and favorable payment terms with local and international vendors.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Analyze procurement performance metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with company purchasing policies and ethical procurement standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost reduction.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local accounting software) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
