Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure a diverse and resilient supply chain.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors to reduce costs.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage key supplier relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery.
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related roles.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
