Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute end-to-end regional sourcing strategies for critical raw materials and equipment
- Lead negotiations with OEM suppliers to secure favorable commercial terms and quality agreements
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers across Asia Pacific markets
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through market analysis, benchmarking, and process optimization
- Oversee supplier qualification, performance management, and relationship development programs
- Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to align procurement with product innovation goals
- Implement sustainable procurement practices and ESG compliance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional procurement projects and mentor junior team members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership/sourcing management
- Proven track record in OEM partnership development and negotiation within food-tech or manufacturing
- Deep understanding of Asian supply chain dynamics and regional supplier ecosystems
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in contract management, cost analysis, and risk mitigation strategies
- Experience implementing procurement transformation initiatives in high-growth environments
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and at least one Asian language
