Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead and manage the procurement team, providing guidance and mentorship
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery criteria
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular performance reviews
- Prepare procurement reports and provide insights to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience with procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
