Compass Group is seeking a strategic and dynamic Procurement Lead to oversee and drive procurement activities across our South East Asia (SEA) business, with a primary focus on operations in Singapore and Hong Kong.

You will work closely with cross-functional regional teams to ensure that our procurement strategies are aligned with global standards while addressing the unique nuances of the local markets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for the SEA region, focusing on cost-saving initiatives and supply chain resilience.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFP/RFQ management, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, service reliability, and ethical compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Singapore and Hong Kong to align procurement activities with local operational requirements.
- Monitor and analyze regional market trends, risks, and commodity fluctuations to inform procurement decision-making.
- Drive compliance with global procurement policies, sustainability targets, and health and safety standards.
- Oversee supplier performance reviews and lead initiatives to continuously improve service delivery and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally within a multi-site or regional capacity.
- Proven track record of managing procurement operations in South East Asia, with specific experience in Singapore or Hong Kong markets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive strategic outcomes.
- Expert negotiation skills and the ability to manage senior-level stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to speak additional regional languages is a distinct advantage.
