Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition and purchase order issuance to delivery follow-up.
- Liaise with local and international suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms to optimize costs.
- Coordinate closely with production and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor logistics documentation, including shipping manifests, customs declarations, and delivery orders.
- Resolve supply chain discrepancies and address shipment delays promptly to prevent production downtime.
- Perform regular vendor audits and performance assessments to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Generate monthly procurement reports and cost-analysis summaries for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial logistics environment.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office suite.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing supplier relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across different departments.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of import/export regulations and shipping documentation.
