Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management for imported food products.
- Coordinate and oversee logistics operations, ensuring smooth import/export documentation and customs clearance.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through rigorous cycle counting and systematic stock tracking.
- Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of goods.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on inventory status, procurement costs, and logistics KPIs for management review.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards during storage and transportation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in procurement, logistics, or inventory management, preferably within the food import/export industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, customs procedures, and import/export documentation.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve logistical challenges proactively.
- Possess a diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
