ASM Vitrual is seeking a detailāoriented Procurement Manager to lead our remote procurement operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that drive cost efficiency, ensure timely delivery of goods, and maintain strong vendor relationships. You will work closely with internal teams to forecast needs, negotiate contracts, and optimize the supply chain in line with business objectives.

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while negotiating favorable terms.
- Monitor procurement processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Analyze market trends, pricing models, and supplier performance data.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and plan purchases.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and payment schedules accurately.
- Identify costāsaving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement records and produce regular reports.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar procurement role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fastāpaced environment.
- Detailāoriented with strong analytical and problemāsolving abilities.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
