Advance Food Concepts Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a strategic Procurement Manager to lead our supply chain operations. As a key member of our team, you will drive cost-effective sourcing strategies, optimize supplier relationships, and ensure seamless procurement processes that align with our manufacturing excellence. This role requires a proactive leader who can navigate complex supply chains, mitigate risks, and deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement strategies with production schedules, quality standards, and budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in contract negotiation, market analysis, and supplier development while maintaining ethical sourcing practices. This position offers the opportunity to shape our procurement framework and contribute directly to our operational efficiency and growth objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end procurement cycle management including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor selection
- Strategic supplier relationship development and performance monitoring
- Contract negotiation and administration to optimize terms and mitigate risks
- Market research and trend analysis for cost optimization initiatives
- Inventory control and demand forecasting alignment
- Procurement budget management and cost reduction strategies
- Compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Stakeholder collaboration across production, logistics, and finance departments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years procurement experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Certifications (CIPS, CPSM) strongly preferred
- Proven experience in FMCG or manufacturing sector
- Advanced negotiation and contract management expertise
- Data-driven decision making and analytical skills
- ERP/SAP proficiency with procurement module experience
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
