Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that align with company objectives.
- Source and manage relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure high-quality material availability.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and service-level agreements.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize procurement cycles to reduce costs and prevent stock shortages.
- Mentor and lead the procurement team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal auditing standards.
- Analyze market trends and economic data to forecast procurement requirements and adjust strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage large-scale vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel.
- Excellent leadership abilities and experience in mentoring cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the manufacturing and logistics industry landscapes in Malaysia.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
