Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end sourcing process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
- Oversee the procurement of goods and services, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of vendors and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong track record of successful supplier negotiations and cost reduction initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing or logistics industry is highly desirable.
