Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to achieve cost-savings without compromising product quality.
- Lead contract negotiations with medical equipment vendors and pharmaceutical suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Oversee the end-to-end purchasing cycle, from requisition approval to vendor payment coordination.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with clinical department heads to forecast supply requirements and optimize inventory levels.
- Maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulatory standards and internal procurement policies.
- Implement digital procurement tools to enhance transparency and reporting accuracy across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong expertise in vendor management, contract law, and inventory control systems.
- Advanced negotiation and analytical skills with a proven track record of achieving cost-reduction targets.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or hospital management systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPSM or CSCP) are highly preferred.
