- Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end procurement policies and procedures.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage end-to-end relationships with suppliers, including performance monitoring and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational needs and streamline purchasing workflows.
- Oversee procurement activities for the main company and its subsidiary to ensure consistent standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all procurement records and auditing compliance.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate potential operational disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing roles.
- Proven track record of establishing procurement processes from the ground up.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget management and cost-reduction strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in ERP software and procurement automation tools.
- Strong understanding of Philippine supply chain regulations and vendor management best practices.
