We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join the team at Mr Bean. As we continue our rapid expansion, we need a strategic leader to oversee our procurement operations and optimize our supply chain. In this pivotal role, you will drive procurement strategy, manage demand planning, and ensure high supplier performance to keep our fast-growing business moving forward efficiently.
You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials, negotiating favorable contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability. We are looking for someone who can identify market trends, mitigate risks, and implement process improvements that directly impact our bottom line. Your ability to analyze data and forecast needs will be essential in maintaining our competitive edge.

- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from sourcing to delivery.
- Lead demand planning initiatives to ensure optimal inventory levels and reduce waste.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure best value and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and adjust sourcing plans accordingly to mitigate supply risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record in supplier relationship management and cost reduction.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
