Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure the most favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Monitor market trends, product availability, and supplier performance to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Implement cost-reduction strategies while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPIM) are a strong advantage.
