Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for manpower and outsourcing services, from requirements gathering to vendor selection.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and service providers.
- Develop and manage strategic sourcing plans to meet current and future business needs.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare, review, and manage procurement contracts, ensuring legal and company compliance.
- Analyze market trends, pricing data, and industry benchmarks to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads and internal stakeholders to understand specific sourcing requirements.
- Ensure all procurement activities align with corporate governance and sustainability goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the Transport, Logistics, or Manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing complex vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws, outsourcing regulations, and procurement best practices is highly preferred.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior procurement staff.
