Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contracting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure competitive pricing.
- Oversee inventory management and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular quality audits.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement specialists and analysts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Experience in the manufacturing or logistics sector is highly preferred.
