We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Procurement Manager to join our expanding team in the West Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, ensuring that our supply chain operations remain robust, cost-effective, and resilient.
As our Procurement Manager, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, manage high-stakes contract negotiations, and implement risk management frameworks to mitigate supply chain disruptions. You will act as a key partner to internal stakeholders, ensuring that all procurement activities align with our operational goals and quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses a sharp commercial acumen, a deep understanding of supplier relationship management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to optimize costs and enhance service delivery.
- Lead the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, ensuring full compliance with company standards.
- Conduct rigorous contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks through proactive market analysis and contingency planning.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance regularly, driving continuous improvement and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in successful contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and transport industry regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- CIPS or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
