- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to support business growth and operational needs.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure optimal terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain a diverse network of suppliers, with a focus on the manufacturing and logistics industries.
- Monitor market trends and analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely availability of materials and resources.
- Analyze supplier performance and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance.
- Lead procurement initiatives and mentor team members to foster professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, preferably within a startup environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and reading) to communicate effectively with international suppliers.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage and expand a strong supplier network.
- Deep understanding of the Manufacturing and Transport & Logistics sectors.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced setting.
