- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead global sourcing initiatives and manage diverse procurement categories.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement needs are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and lead inventory optimization projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local and international trade regulations is a plus.
