As a Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the hospital's operations run smoothly by sourcing and acquiring medical supplies, equipment, and services efficiently and cost-effectively. You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing the procurement process to meet the hospital's needs while adhering to budgetary constraints and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the hospital's goals and objectives.
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for medical supplies, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
