Jade Blue Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a strategic Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing operations and drive supply chain excellence. As a key player in the petroleum industry, you'll oversee end-to-end procurement processes, optimize vendor relationships, and implement cost-effective strategies that align with our operational goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including RFQ, vendor selection, and contract negotiation
- Lead supplier relationship management to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sustainability standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast needs and optimize inventory levels
- Manage procurement budget and report on KPIs including cost savings and supplier performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in petroleum, manufacturing, or logistics sectors
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing procurement teams
