Join our dynamic team at Harmonious Happy Ventures Sdn Bhd as we seek a highly skilled Procurement Manager to drive our procurement strategy and optimize our supply chain operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement process, from supplier identification and negotiation to contract management and vendor relationship building.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing procurement activities, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery of quality materials and services. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining inventory levels, reducing operational costs, and fostering strong relationships with key suppliers across various industries.
As our Procurement Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and develop procurement strategies that align with our business objectives. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices in procurement management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize cost and quality
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory planning strategies
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and take corrective actions when necessary
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable terms
- Experience in supplier evaluation and relationship management
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is a plus
