Are you a detail-oriented supply chain professional with a passion for strategic sourcing? BuiltaMart is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Manager to join our team in Quezon City. In this role, you will play a critical part in our operational success by overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality goods.

As our Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for streamlining our purchasing operations, optimizing cost-efficiencies, and maintaining an efficient supply chain that aligns with company growth. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong negotiation skills to drive value and secure the best terms for the company.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods.
  • Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, from identifying requirements to order fulfillment and invoice reconciliation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent quality and reliability.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and potential new suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a keen eye for cost-optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software/ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
