Join Goldilocks Bakeshop as a Procurement Manager for Commodities and drive excellence in our supply chain operations. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the strategic sourcing, negotiation, and management of commodity-based materials critical to our food production. - Develop and execute procurement strategies for food commodities (flour, sugar, dairy, etc.)
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing and contract terms
- Monitor market trends and commodity prices for strategic sourcing decisions
- Manage supplier relationships and performance evaluation systems
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Optimize inventory levels and procurement workflows
- Analyze supply chain data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D on new ingredient specifications and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years procurement experience in food manufacturing or FMCG
- Proven expertise in commodity sourcing and supplier management
- Strong negotiation skills with track record of cost optimization
- Familiarity with food safety regulations (HACCP, FDA)
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional projects
