Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic procurement planning and execution for data center infrastructure projects
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract finalization
- Oversee procurement budgets and implement cost optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for value engineering and cost reduction
- Coordinate with project teams to align procurement activities with project milestones
- Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of procurement experience with 3+ years in data center/IT infrastructure
- Proven expertise in vendor management and complex contract negotiations
- Strong knowledge of data center hardware, software, and service procurement
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification preferred
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
