Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize costs and supply chain efficiency.
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and vendor selection to contract negotiation and final fulfillment.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, timely delivery, and consistent quality standards.
- Monitor market trends and commodity prices to provide actionable insights for budgetary planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, legal requirements, and ethical purchasing standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement activities with operational needs and project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate inventory and procurement records, generating regular reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement/ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
