About the Role
Good Job Creations is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join a leading FMCG company in Singapore. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving regional procurement strategies and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency, supply continuity, and successful product launches across the APAC region. You will lead a team of procurement professionals and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to align procurement activities with business objectives.
This role offers a competitive salary package up to S$7,000 per month plus AWS and variable bonus, reflecting the high value placed on this position. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the FMCG market, and experience managing suppliers across different countries in APAC. You will be responsible for developing category strategies, conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance. You will also identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and risk mitigation. This leadership role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to mentor and develop team members.

- Develop and execute regional procurement strategies for FMCG categories, focusing on cost reduction and supply assurance.
- Manage supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management to secure best-in-class terms and performance.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business goals.
- Monitor market trends and conduct category analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
- Drive supplier performance management through KPIs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards.
- Support product development and launch processes by sourcing materials and packaging in a timely manner.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within FMCG.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and driving cost improvement projects.
- Knowledge of APAC markets and global sourcing best practices.
- Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
