Good Job Creations is seeking a dynamic Procurement Manager to lead regional sourcing strategies for our food manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain excellence, ensuring that our production lines remain agile, cost-effective, and aligned with APAC market demands.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to support regional manufacturing goals.
- Manage the entire supplier lifecycle, from sourcing and qualification to performance evaluation and relationship building.
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives and negotiate competitive terms to optimize the bottom line without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Production, to ensure the seamless execution of new product launches.
- Monitor APAC market trends and maintain a pulse on supply chain risks to ensure continuous availability of raw materials.
- Oversee inventory levels and demand planning to balance cost efficiency with operational requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements within the procurement process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in procurement, specifically within the Food Manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of APAC regional markets and international trade regulations.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and strategic sourcing.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
