We are currently seeking a highly motivated and strategic Procurement Manager - Indirect and Packaging to join our team in Setia Alam. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing our procurement strategies, managing key supplier relationships, and driving cost efficiencies within our Indirect and Packaging categories. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our procurement operations align with the company's overall business objectives and operational excellence goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for Indirect and Packaging categories to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency targets.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with key suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews and negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Lead cross-functional projects to identify process improvements and implement category management best practices.
- Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks to make informed sourcing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality procurement solutions.
- Drive the supplier development process to enhance capabilities and drive innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a strong focus on Indirect and Packaging categories within the Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP experience preferred) and procurement software tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
