In this high-visibility role, you will be the driving force behind the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for IT infrastructure, software licenses, and specialized technology services.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive IT procurement strategies that align with enterprise digital transformation goals.
- Lead end-to-end tender processes, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ, ensuring competitive analysis and vendor selection transparency.
- Manage complex contract negotiations for software licensing, cloud services, and hardware procurement to secure favorable commercial terms.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance through regular business reviews and SLA monitoring.
- Maintain rigorous oversight of procurement policies and internal governance to ensure ethical and compliant spending.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and demand management improvements.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate potential disruptions to IT service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally within a consultancy or large enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of IT service contracts, SaaS licensing models, and hardware infrastructure procurement.
- Proven track record in managing high-value negotiations and complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and spend analysis tools.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
