(OFI) is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Procurement Manager - Services & Indirect to join our team in Tanauan City, Batangas. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our indirect procurement strategy, ensuring that we achieve the perfect balance of cost efficiency, high-quality service delivery, and robust risk management.
As our Procurement Manager, you will lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives for non-production goods and services, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence. You will identify market trends, negotiate favorable terms with vendors, and implement procurement best practices that align with OFI’s commitment to quality and sustainability. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for indirect categories, including services, facilities, and maintenance.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure optimal pricing, quality, and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from identification of business needs to final vendor selection and contract lifecycle management.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and emerging supply chain risks.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement solutions align with organizational business objectives.
- Monitor vendor performance, ensuring compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Optimize procurement workflows to improve operational efficiency and decrease turnaround times for service requests.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years focused on indirect or services sourcing.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost-saving targets and service improvements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of vendor contract management, risk mitigation, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
