Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to support medical device manufacturing timelines.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, from vendor selection and qualification to contract negotiation and final procurement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory levels meet production demand while minimizing storage costs.
- Perform regular supplier performance audits to ensure quality standards, reliability, and regulatory compliance are upheld.
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising the integrity or quality of medical-grade raw materials.
- Mitigate supply chain risks by identifying alternative sourcing opportunities and establishing robust contingency plans.
- Maintain precise documentation for audits and ensure adherence to international ISO medical device manufacturing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, specifically within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485 or similar regulatory standards in medical manufacturing.
- Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and complex contract negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
