Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management for the manufacturing and logistics sectors.
- Oversee the entire importation process, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, tariffs, and international shipping standards.
- Design and execute comprehensive bidding strategies to secure high-quality vendors and competitive pricing for goods and services.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to develop robust supply chain solutions and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, engineering) to forecast material requirements and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Establish and maintain a strong network of local and international suppliers to ensure supply continuity.
- Implement cost-control measures and monitor procurement budgets to achieve financial targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a specific focus on importation and bidding processes within the manufacturing or energy industries.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine customs regulations, Incoterms, and logistics procedures.
- Proven track record of successfully managing vendor negotiations and contract administration.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Office skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
