In this key role, you will take over defined procurement master data scopes from global procurement entities during critical transition phases, ensuring a seamless and stable operational environment.
As part of our Shared Service Center (SSC), you will play a vital role in the stabilization and continuous improvement of our procurement landscape. You will be responsible for maintaining high data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive governance and compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of procurement master data within the Shared Service Center (SSC).
- Take over defined procurement master data scopes from global procurement entities during transition phases.
- Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all procurement systems and databases.
- Support the stabilization and optimization of procurement processes, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to identify, resolve, and prevent data discrepancies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of master data management methodologies and best practices.
- Participate in regular data quality audits and reconciliation activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in Procurement, Master Data Management, or Shared Services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse global teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of procurement workflows and supply chain concepts.
