Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and monitor day-to-day procurement activities to ensure uninterrupted supply for manufacturing operations.
- Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers to optimize costs and lead times.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and ensure accuracy in procurement documentation.
- Conduct regular market research to benchmark prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Resolve vendor issues regarding quality, delivery delays, or billing discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare periodic reports on procurement activities and expenditure for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
