Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process purchase orders for electronics and mechanical components required for manufacturing operations
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials according to production schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning to prevent shortages
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to optimize procurement costs
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements and specifications
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns promptly
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of electronics and mechanical components is an advantage
