Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with company objectives.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure optimal terms and pricing.
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contract administration.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure material availability.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships, conduct performance evaluations, and resolve supply issues effectively.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements within the supply chain.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular procurement reports and key performance indicators to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar purchasing role.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a track record of building effective supplier partnerships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the local supplier base in the CALABARZON region is an advantage.
- Willing to work full-time in Binan City, Laguna.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
