Join Pacers Trading & Services as a key player in our supply chain operations! As a Procurement Officer, you'll drive our purchasing strategy to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end procurement operations including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order management
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
- Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal regulations, and ethical sourcing standards
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to align procurement schedules with operational demands
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and conduct periodic evaluations
- Prepare procurement reports and forecasts for management decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong negotiation skills with proven contract management experience
- Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Knowledge of local procurement laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
