- Source, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers for goods and services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to optimize cost-efficiency
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including purchase orders and delivery tracking
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic reviews
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing and sustainability standards
- Prepare procurement reports and analytics for stakeholder review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in hospitality or manufacturing
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of Philippine procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
