Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for goods and services required for port operations
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to optimize costs
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to payment
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier information
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stockouts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
