- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes and reduce costs
- Research, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on quality, price, delivery times, and service
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors to secure the best possible agreements
- Manage supplier relationships, conduct regular performance reviews, and address any issues that arise
- Monitor market trends and identify new procurement opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending across all departments
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for compliance and audit purposes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate suppliers and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices
