Tanggung Jawab
- Execute Procurement Activities: Source and procure goods and services from diverse vendors in strict compliance with Collins Aerospace supply chain policies and procedures.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers to ensure service quality and timely delivery.
- Contract Negotiation: Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms, pricing, and conditions for the organization.
- Cost Optimization: Monitor market trends, analyze pricing data, and implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality or compliance.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all purchasing activities adhere to internal controls, safety regulations, and external legal requirements.
- Inventory Management Support: Collaborate with logistics teams to align procurement activities with inventory levels and production schedules.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify new suppliers and potential improvements in the supply chain process.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, or Aerospace industry is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex data and make sound commercial decisions under pressure.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of local and international procurement compliance standards.
