Grand Regal Hotel is seeking a highly organized Procurement Officer to oversee all purchasing activities for both hotel operations and ongoing renovations. In this critical role, you'll drive strategic sourcing initiatives, optimize vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards. You'll manage the end-to-end purchasing process—from requisition to payment—supporting our commitment to exceptional guest experiences during daily operations and expansion projects.

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for hotel operations (F&B, housekeeping, maintenance) and renovation projects

  • Monitor inventory levels and implement stock control systems

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

  • Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems and supply chain principles
